How you receive it
- The app is a download from this website. It is available the moment you click Download.
- Free starts as soon as you sign in inside the app.
- Pro and Max start as soon as your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, usually within a minute. Your signed-in computers pick up the new plan on their own.
If it takes longer
Very rarely, a payment takes up to 15 minutes to confirm. If your plan has not changed after that, sign out and back in from the app, or write to support@askmango.app with your payment ID and we will sort it out the same day.
Where it works
Ask Mango works anywhere with an internet connection, on Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or later) and on Windows 10 and 11. You need a microphone; speakers or headphones to hear Mango; and an internet connection, since the AI runs in the cloud.
Receipts
Razorpay emails a receipt for every payment. Your plan and next billing date are on your account page.
